The Hofmann D-400 "Blitz" is a single-engine, supersonic, all-weather, multirole combat and Strike fighter jet designed for the Volgarian Air Force as an enlarged variation of the Hofmann D-200 for greater effectiveness in the strike role.

The D-400 has a top speed of Mach 1.7 at high altitudes. The D-400 is able to carry increased armament as a result of its larger airframe as opposed to the D-200 and can carry a variety of missiles and bombs, the D-400 also carries a 20-mm LP-08 rotating cannon in its nose. It is powered by a single Kober VM-90 afterburning turbofan engine, the same used in the D-200.
