Theodore Kingston Williams also known as Ted Williams was an Estherian Continentalist politician who served as the 13th President of Estheria for two terms. He is best remembered for being the final of the Confederate Presidents, and leading Estheria through the Estherian Revolution.

During his tenure, he repealed many of the popular civil rights legislation brought about by his predecessor Francois Wainwright, who was a relatively moderate Charterist candidate. Namely, President Williams repealed the 17th amendment which gave Aesto-Estherians the right to vote, and repealed the Dufresne Anti-Lynching Bill. These policy changes, while nominally popular with the voting block of Estheria, ultimately culminating in the Estherian Revolution, which would dominate his presidency and result in the collapse of the Estherian Confederacy.

After the Revolution, Williams was captured by forces loyal to the Estherian People's Army, and was subsequently tried as an enemy of the people and executed by firing squad.
